By registering for an account, using our platform, or starting a free trial, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service Overview

Integra-AI provides:

A subscription-based CRM & automation software platform

AI tools and workflow automations

Custom digital services offered through one-time and subscription pricing

These services are provided globally, but the company operates under the laws of Panama.

3. Account Registration

To use Integra-AI, you must:

Be at least 18 years old

Provide accurate and complete information

Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Free Trial

We offer a 30-day free trial for our SaaS platform. After the trial period, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel your plan before the end of the trial.

5. Payment and Billing

Subscription Fees: Recurring monthly payments are required for continued access to the platform. Your payment method will be charged automatically each billing cycle.

Custom Services: One-time or subscription-based services are billed per agreement.

No Refunds: All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, and no further charges will be made. Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

6. User Data and Content

By using the platform, you may upload data including but not limited to:

Contact records

Images, videos, and documents

Customer and business information

You represent that you have the legal right to upload such data and that it does not violate any third-party rights or laws.

7. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect and store:

Personally identifiable information (PII)

IP addresses, browser/device info

Platform usage and behavioral analytics

Business and customer data (as entered by users)

8. License & Intellectual Property

All platform code, tools, AI models, graphics, and content are the intellectual property of Integra-AI. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform under these Terms.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the software

Resell, sublicense, or distribute the platform without written permission

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

You breach these Terms

You misuse the platform or violate applicable laws

Payment is overdue beyond the billing grace period

10. Disclaimers

The platform is provided “as-is” and “as-available.”

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific business results.

Use of AI features does not guarantee outcomes or compliance.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Integra-AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claims related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Integra-AI in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Panama City, Panama.

13. Changes to Terms

Integra-AI may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective upon posting. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
